Rendered floor plan of a top-floor Hudson River penthouse showing curved glazing, west-end entertaining rooms, and bedroom suites along an east corridor with unobstructed southern views.

The original top-floor apartment alongside the Hudson River enjoys multiple exposures of curvaceous glazing inspired by the great Brazilian designer, Oscar Niemeyer. With tremendous waterfront views from all rooms, the apartment was conceived as a playful destination for a young family when stateside. The principal interlocking rooms for entertaining are clustered along the west end of the apartment overlooking the Hudson River, while the bedroom suites are positioned along a corridor running east, providing each room unobstructed southern views. The majestic scale and tailored restraint of the architecture were conceived as a backdrop to support the whimsical nature of the decorative furnishings and colorful art collection.
